Gold Series Timer Pulse-Jet Cleaning Controller

The Gold Series Timer (GST) provides pulse-jet cleaning control of industrial dust collection systems. The timer controls the pulse outputs based on unit's differential pressure, ensuring filters are cleaned only when necessary. This approach saves compressed air (energy) costs and extends the life of the filters.

The GST's pulse output modules are expandable to accommodate a wide range of solenoid valve types and dust collector sizes. An integrated differential pressure sensor enables pulse cleaning on demand and triggers high pressure alarms. The system's Expandable analog and digital I/O (input/output) provides the ability to monitor process sensors such as header pressure, emissions, temperature and level. Diagnostic logic alerts users to failures in pulse valve solenoids and diaphragms. An optional GoldLink cellular connection provides cloud-based remote monitoring of key dust collector parameters.
