Each Gold Cone™️ dust collector cartridge filter features proprietary HemiPleat®️ filter media that stays cleaner and lasts longer than conventional pleated filters.

Each filter contains 325-375 square feet of media, offering the industry’s highest air-to-cloth ratio. The innovative design provides a low pressure drop, which means fewer filters are required for a given application. When used in a Gold Series and Gold Series X-FLO dust collectors, Gold Cone filters provide the most powerful and cost-efficient dust collection system on the market.

The system maximizes airflow while minimizing filter change-outs, compressed air usage and energy costs.

Clean Air Symbol
Proprietary HemiPleat Gold Cone inner packs stay cleaner and last longer than conventional filters.
Explosion Protection Systems Symbol
Synthetic beads hold the pleats open and evenly spaced. Open and uniform pleats expose more media to the airstream so that more dust is loaded on the filter and releases when pulse-cleaned.
Crossflow Technology Symbol
Inner pleat pack is an open-bottomed inner cone of media greatly expands the usable surface area of the cartridge. The cone is configured so pulsed air is evenly distributed top to bottom along the outer pack of the filter and down through the inner pack.
Germs Symbol
With each pulse, maximum dust is ejected out of the collector, maintaining a low pressure drop. Unlike horizontal cartridges, maximum air is ejected into the hopper instead of onto the cartridges below.

HemiPleat technology is our unique approach to creating highly efficient pleated filter media that exposes more media to the airstream, so more dust is loaded on the filter and then released when pulse-cleaned.
Gold Cone filter cartridges use our proprietary Gold Cone inner pleat pack to stay cleaner and last longer than conventional pleated filters. This open-bottomed, inner cone of media greatly expands the usable surface area of the cartridge.
We designed the inlet, filter cartridges and filter position so each housing module can accommodate larger cartridges without increasing the overall footprint. Each module holds four filter cartridges of HemiPleat® filter media and maintains a low pressure drop.
