Camfil HemiPleat filter medias are proprietary fiber blends that maximize dust holding capacity and promote dust release when pulsed clean. Camfil medias are developed to provide the lowest pressure drop, longest service life and highest filtration efficiencies, resulting in a safer, cleaner work environment.

HEMIPLEAT EXTREME MEDIA

Camfil HemiPleat eXtreme media uses our tested and proven HemiPleat technology and base media with an additional triple layer of patented nanofibers applied to the media surface. These nanofibers can be applied to any of our filter medias, giving you four more media options.

XF — Extreme Flame Retardant

  • Colour – White
  • Blend of cellulose and polyester fibres
  • Flame retardant properties with a surface layer of nanofiber

XFC — Extreme Flame Retardant & Carbon impregnated

  • Colour – Black
  • Blend of cellulose and polyester fibres
  • Flame retardant & impregnated with carbon for antistatic dissipation
  • Includes a surface layer of nanofiber
DURA-PLEAT MEDIA

Camfil Dura-Pleat spun bonded polyester medias are developed to provide the lowest pressure drop, longest service life and highest filtration efficiencies. The base polyester media is treated to provided various properties such as anti-static, repellent to oil and water, to handle sticky dusts and more. Dura-Pleat medias are all tested to meet European dust filter standard EN60335-2-69 Dust Class M.

DPO — Polyester Olephobic & Hydrophobic

  • Colour - White
  • Treated with a coating - repellent to oil and water

DPA — Polyester Antistatic

  • Colour - White/Silver
  • Aluminium coated for static dissipation

DPT – Polyester & PTFE Membrane

  • Colour - White
  • PTFE Membrane laminated onto 1 side
  • Not good for oil contaminated air

DPOA — Polyester Oleophobic & Antistatic

  • Colour - White/Silver
  • Aluminium coated combined with oil and moisture repellent properties

DPTA – Polyester Antistatic Aluminium Coated & PTFE Membrane

  • Colour - White/Silver
  • PTFE Membrane laminated onto the surface and the aluminium coating for static dissipation
  • Not good for oil contaminated air

DPTC – Polyester Anti-static Carbon impregnation & PTFE Membrane
