Territory based sales position selling air pollution control equipment via direct sales or reseller opportunities. The main objective is to grow sales in a sustainable and profitable manner.
Camfil Air Pollution Control supplies dust collection equipment to various industries. Camfil products clean factory air of dust, fumes and mist making the workplace a safer and more productive environment. The Sales Engineer position is responsible for territory-based sales of dust and mist collection equipment with a focus on attaining and exceeding sales goals through outbound prospecting calls and territory management.
Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
• Develop business for air pollution equipment in a given sales territory
• Develop reseller and installing contractor base for higher levels of business potential
• Manage company provided leads
• Sell using the Sandler sales method to solution selling

Relationships and Roles:

• Business to business sales opportunities only
• Interacts with customer base and works to build relationships with potential customers
• Provides support to resellers in territory made up of sales representatives, dealers, distributors and original equipment manufactures

IT Support Specialist - Jonesboro, AR

Location - Jonesboro, AR

General Summary

Camfil APC is looking for a motivated and hard-working candidate to fill a full-time IT Support Specialist position in Jonesboro, AR. This is a great opportunity for those who love to work with technology, enjoy developing new skillsets, and want to grow as an IT professional. The IT Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact to perform the initial triage and attempt resolution of incidents reported to the Service Desk.

Key objectives

  • To keep our IT systems running smoothly encouraging a pleasant and productive work environment
  • Manage server and network infrastructure in line with Camfil policies
  • Provide top quality helpdesk support and assistance to employees with hardware and software problems via phone, email, remote support and in person
  • Working as part of the APC IT Department’s Global Support Team and assisting other IT staff globally as needed
  • Assist with the purchase and deployment of IT equipment
  • Be onsite support for remote IT system specialists to deploy new equipment or to maintain existing equipment

Role priorities

  • Provides hardware and software Help Desk support for desktop and laptop computers running Microsoft operating systems
  • Work with our internal ticketing system for all Help Desk support issues, triage the issues based on priority and impact to the organization and engage the appropriate Internal/external resources as needed
  • Support users in person and via remote host software in a timely manner
  • To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues
  • Manage and administer windows active directory environment, windows operating systems, Microsoft office suite, and all other required software via a windows environment.
  • Manage periodic and timely deployment of patches and software updates to end user desktops
  • Coordinate with all departments regarding computer equipment deployment, personnel changes, and other IT related issues
  • Monitor all servers for hardware/performance issues and perform problem diagnostics and resolution as they arise
  • Support users with computer problems via remote host software or do on-site help in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing print server and evening data backups
  • Provide basic user training/instruction on hardware and software
  • Assist with managing and troubleshooting of all company mobile devices
  • Documentation of IT& IS processes and participating in process improvements
  • Coordinate with night shift and Global APC staff to ensure IT needs are met
  • Other duties as needed

Education & Work experience

  • Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Information Technology or related degree preferred
  • Degree may be substituted by proven work experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job (Minimum 2 years)
  • MCP/MCSE certification desired (Certification plan will be required upon hire)

Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users
  • Must be energetic and eager to learn and grow with this position as needs develop
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (Windows and Server)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP based networking
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
  • Work well with minimal supervision showing clear direction and initiative
  • Flexible, pro-active, ‘hands on’ approach
  • Full Driving License and access to own transport
  • Willingness to travel internationally if needed
